Course Description

The Nu Soul Food Challenge is an online program designed to assist you in understanding how to feed your mind and body on a holistic level. Over the course of 21 days, you will learn how to rejuvenate yourself with the power of a plant based meal plan and a peaceful yoga practice. Join holistic wellness coach, Satta Jallah, as she provides daily guides for you to create the positive transformation you desire.


When you join The Nu Soul Food Challenge, everyday you will have access to step by step videos that will show you how to prepare delicious, high alkaline meals, as well as insight on how to alleviate stress and fatigue with mindful breathing, yoga asana, and meditation. Each day during the challenge, you will have access to 3 cooking videos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also have access to a daily yoga practice & daily guided meditation. Each yoga module in the program will focus on your bodies chakra(energy) system, to assist in releasing any blocks that may be preventing a balanced flow of vital energy in your body. To tack your progress, you will receive a NU Soul Food Journal, available to you via PDF for you to download.

Satta Jallah

Satta Jallah is a certified yoga instructor, doula and wellness coach. She is the founder of Holistic Roots Movement, where the mission is to empower women to reclaim their health through different holistic modalities such as yoga, dance, energy therapy, and natural beauty education.
